ABOUT USIMM
Founded in 2000 by Michel Masse, USIMM is a machining center of high performance technology design. The company serve professionals who want to produce custom pieces in architectural, industrial and artistic sectors. Until today, USIMM count more than 20 000 submissions, 5 000 projects and a bank of 300 regular clients.

Do you accept custom orders ?
Yes. Our business model is based on custom orders. No mass production—only custom projects.
Can you machine complex parts ?
Our specialty is the machining of non-standard items. We can manufacture almost anything on one of our four 3- and 5-axis machining centers.
Do you have minimum quantities for your orders ?
No minimum quantity is required. We provide machining services in small series—you can even order just one piece.
Do you have to provide the drawings ?
No. We can work with your scale models, sketches, and outlines, or you can provide us with an electronic file.
What software do you use ?
We work with the latest programming and design software, such as AutoCAD, Autodesk Suites, Solid Edge, Inventor, Mastercam and Geomagic, for optimal results.
For files, for machining, we use the following: .STL, .STEP, .IGES, .DWG.
For 3D printing, we use .STL files.
In addition, our scanner (3D Scan) creates .OBJ files that we convert to .STL.
